The tolerance on the original Elite pulley is poor. This causes additional side loads on the bearings throughout the turbo trainer and in extreme cases the belt is thrown causing serious damage to the rest of the trainer. 

Our refurbished Elite trainers are fitted with the Mr Fusion upgrade. We turn new bushes and install automotive parts to ensure that your pulley stays on the right track.
