Unlike other shops, we won’t leave your bike sitting for weeks. Need to stay mobile? We offer loan bikes while yours is being serviced. To ensure we are not somewhere between 1985 and the future, we are only able to repair your bike with an appointment, however, we can arrange for drop off and pickup at any time.
Other bicycle repairs are also welcome, please contact Doc to discuss.
Seized, broken, snapped bolt removal is our specialty! We repair things other bike shops won't and can't handle.
A small surcharge will be added for mechanical e-bike repairs. We have diagnostics for up to Generation 2 (Gen 2) Bosch systems too

Important note
Worn and safety critical parts will be repaired/replaced if they are noticed when your bike is on the stand or during a test ride, regardless of what you came in for. Things like headset bearings, brake pads, torn cables are important for yours and other road users safety.
For bigger components that are excessively worn, in order to achieve a high quality service, we will quote and seek authorisation for the parts and work needed. Safety critical components (brakes, tires, stering components) will be replaced or repaired before the bike is returned.
